I've recently been into these beauties. Baby Lips!!!!
They are one of the most moisturising balms that I have ever tried. They come in all different colours and very cute packaging. Depending on which you get, some do have a nice tint of colour to them.

       So I have recently picked up a few goodies on my way out of work and thought I'd share some of the things that I have gotten. The first palette I got is an NYC Individual Eyes palette called 945 Midtown Mauve. This is the first time I have bought an eye shadow palette from NYC and I must say I'm impressed. I am in love with the colours in this palette. The second palette is from Wet n Wild in 738 Comfort Zone. I really like the pigmentation of their eye shadows and the colours are just lovely. Next is a big paddle brush by the brand Goody. I was in desperate need of one and bought this nice and inexpensive one. I also got these pink Impress stick on nails in Big Flirt. It's a dull pink colour. Not to bright and not to dark. Just the perfect shade for my fingers. Last but not least I got some gorgeous nail polishes. I have really been into pinks, corals, red and sparkly nail polishes lately. They are also by the brand NYC. The first one I got (on the right) is a very colourful sparkly top coat called Big City Dazzle. The second one ( in the middle) is a nice sheer pink colour in Wall Street. Last but most definitely not least I got a sparkly pink and silver polish in Pink Bling.

Loveliness

I would just like to take a quick moment and take in how lovely this young man is. He is just gorgeous and the way he played his character in The Perks of Being a Wallflower was just incredible. I no longer have any words about him.

Maybelline - The Rocket Mascara Review

         

I have always been a fan of Maybelline's Mascara's. For a while I was incredibly in love with their Falsies Mascara but then I soon discovered this little wonder. The "Rocket' Mascara. The name is very appealing itself, as well as the tube that it comes in.

I got mine in 401- Very Black, waterproof. When I wear mascara I like it to be as dark/black as possible. I feel like it gives my face and eyes a "glowy" look.(If you know what I mean)

The packaging of this mascara is very cute. I love the pink and blue combo that they have going on. It really appeals to the eye. The wand is fairly large, which I'm not usually a fan of but in this case I love it. The thick brush really helps creating the curl needed on your lashes. It literally makes them zoom upwards. 

When I used this for the first time, all it took was one coat to make my lashes full of life. I applied one coat and that was all that was needed to be honest. I was surprised as to how much length/volume and curl it actually gave my lashes. It keeps the curl throughout the day and it doesn't clump at all. I really love how this brush separates your lashes to make them look fuller. This is definitely my kind of mascara and I'm pretty sure that this is a mascara that I will repurchase for quite a while. 

I hope this review gave you a good idea about this mascara. Also remember that this is all my opinion. All that I have written above is from my personal experience. :)

The beginning of something new

So as you can see I have decided to start a blog. I love to read other people's blogs and thought I'd give it a go myself. I love the whole concept of being able to connect with people like you through my blog. Its an amazing way to meet new people and discover new things. 

On here I will most likely be posting things that have been going on in my life, reviews on beauty products that I have purchased/used and really anything that interests me and might interest you. 

I know this little introduction isn't much but I hope you decide to come back to my blog as I will be updating it quite alot. I'm hoping this will be a fun thing for all of us and I'm very excited to start blogging.
